About ACE
The Association for Circular Economy (ACE) is the public brand of the Inotech Association, an NGO founded in 2012 (Iasi). The organisation develops and documents projects in circular economy, applied research, urban mobility, and cooperative architectures.
ACE connects hands-on experience from recycled products with technologies and governance models that pursue public impact — not just commercial efficiency.
Founder bio
Stefan-Dumitru Sava is founder and president of the Inotech / ACE Association, co-founder of Better Tech Lab Ltd, a PhD candidate in advanced materials at the “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iași, and a biomedical engineer.
His work spans products made from recycled materials, 3D printing, rPET/rPETg research, medtech, and cooperative models for urban infrastructure.
